Can 6month old babies drink from reverse osmosis water be it hot or cold?

I have a water dispenser at home which every month 5gallons of water in a bottle are sent to the house. Presently i boil water from the tap.

I had the same thing. I boiled the purified water. Double safe!!

Reverse osmosis membranes remove all minerals and chemicals from the water; boiling water doesn't, but it does kill bacteria.
If the tap water in your area should be chlorinated but isn't, boil the water.
If you want pure water, use the RO unit.
