Lets see...Noella means "day of birth"...but thats not quite the right name....thats honestly the closest I can find to that name anywhere. Did you make it up? That could be why it isnt on any web sites. At any rate its a really pretty name!

I've looked on just about every baby names websites I can find, and on babynameindex.com, they have the name listed as Noley, and there is no meaning, the origin is USA. So I'm pretty sure it's a made up name with no actual meaning attached to it, just a USA created name.

Nola means "fair shoulder, white shoulder" but I don't see Nolee. Noll means "elf army" and Lee means "clearing, meadow," so I imagine many very short army men in a meadow.
