They make me look really child like and I dont want to look child like any more. Today's fathers day and I came to the shocking realization that I am a father. I mean, I knew it before but today it really sank in. Anyways, I think I need to look like someones dad but I like my hair. So, should I cut it and any suggestions on the type of hair cut I should get?

Not if you don't really want to. But I know exactly what you mean. When my first son was 2 I took out all of my piercings because I felt like I wanted to look more motherly. But realize that being a parent doesn't mean being less of yourself. You are still young and its o.k. to act and look like it. Cut your curls if you don't like them, not just to look like what you think a stereotypical father should. Unless you are also going to buy some golf shorts and polo shirts, and jack your shorts up to you chest.

Long hair on a guy is sooooo sexy! I dont think that being a father is reason enough to cut ones hair. My father had long hair throughout his years of being a dad, and he was a very responsible man until his death.

Keep them .. why not ? especially if you like them .. i bet you have nice hair. Why not stay/look youthful as long as possible.. .. you wont have it forever..
