That is a Bronze Cory Catfish by common name ( at least locally that's what it's called). As for the exact scientific name, that could be very difficult to determine. You can try this page to see if you see an exact match
http://www.planetcatfish.com/catelog/genus.php?genus_id=1#51
Hope that helps

Well all those who say its a bronze cory are incorrect (no offence intended) it looks closer to a panda cat but im not sure because it seems to be lacking the black spot on the tail that all pandas have.
A clearer image would be great.

Evelyn's link goes to plecos rather than corys.
Here are several links to cory's with black stripes through the eye:
masked cory: http://www.fishprofiles.com/files/profiles/632.htm ,
blackfin cory: http://www.fishprofiles.com/files/profiles/632.htm ,
sand's cory: http://www.fishprofiles.com/files/profiles/647.htm ,
Adolpho's cory: http://www.fishprofiles.com/files/profiles/249.htm , and Schwartz's cory: http://www.fishprofiles.com/files/profiles/628.htm Since your photo doesn't show a lot of detail, you'll have to decide which species it resembles most.
I don't think it's a panda because it lacks the spot by the tail: http://www.fishprofiles.com/files/profiles/631.htm
The "typical" bronze cory lacks the eye stripe: http://www.fishprofiles.com/files/profiles/639.htm

It looks like a Panda Cory cat. But it's hard to tell without better lighting.
