I have heard that Google deletes users' accounts because of high ad clicking traffic, claiming that it is fake and that they are using false measures to earn more revenue; true?

If you play by the rules, there is a lot of money to be made with AdSense. They pay out nearly a billion dollars every month to AdSense users.
Higher traffic = more money, but..
any money = good. :)

Wrong.
Mostly Google deletes user's accounts because of click fraud i.e. clicking on your own ads, encouraging others to click on your ads - clicks coming from the same IP addresses.
You can safely make money from Google Adsense IF you have a high traffic site and play by the rules.

Start a blog and build sufficient traffic to it. Only then add the Adsense Ads. to it.
