just moved to hill with good wind ..looking for one of those windmills(that produces power ) you put up in your backyard and hook it in to power company grid ...anyone know of any good sites to find one?

So you got about 5 million to invest , thats what one cost that will supply you and feed the grid also..........Nuf Said

yes it can be done there are companys that sell backyard windmills. it will cost alittle as you have to have a set of storage batt's to store the wind power and a inverter to go from low voltage most of the time its 12 to 24 volts DC so you have to invert it to 120 volt AC for house use do a goggle search I read about some but cant think of the names gezzz your mind is the first thing to go as you get older bummer
