Yes! My boyfriend. I love him and hate him at the same time. He hasn't asked me to meet his family after almost 2 years. He only comes to see me 1 time a week. The rest of the time he is working 2 jobs. He has 4 kids, a lot of bills and no money. I have money to live on, but not enough to help him. I think he's using me. I always fix lunch for him, whenever he can make it, give him snacks to eat when he doesn't have time for a lunch break, cook dinner for him whenever he can make it here, and have yet to meet any of his family. I know I'm a stupid fool.

Yes, my boyfriend. This upcoming Dec. he will have been divorced for 3 years. I love him dearly, but he has set such a rigid schedule for himself that if he ever deters from it he is lost. Granted he has a 17 yr. old son to support, check on...spend time with(on those rare occasions when the son wants to have anything to do with dad), and he is the primary care giver, custodian over his 85 yr. old father, but Mon. -Fri. with our differing work schedules he calls me nightly like clockwork...usually for only 2-3 minutes to talk. Weekends....we are both off work....and yet 2 hours of an afternoon is all the time he can allocate for me, and then I feel that there is always something else that he should be doing.(He keeps a close tab on his watch...better believe it...can't overstay the alloted time.) All he does when he gets home is read the newspaper, work crossword puzzles, or watch t.v. with his dad, then goes upstairs to his apt. to bed, that is if he doesn't fall asleep on his dad's couch. He is 46 yr. old.....where is life...fun,
enjoyment, laughter, excitement, etc...????

Since when did Yahoo! Answers become a place to talk about your personal life?

Is this even a question? Of COURSE there are people like that in their lives. Everyone has those people. Now please, go take your half brother on Jerry Springer.

P.S. MY BEST FRIEND DOES.

The only time I experience this is when I am talking to my girlfriend, but she is out of town... I'm happy talking to her, very happy, but depressed I can't actually be with her.

An old flame. Can't be with him but the memories of our past make me happy. A bit Bittersweet.

Yes there is and let's just say she's more than a friend.
I don't need to mention her name or this question to get me into trouble with her.
I do a good enough job all by myself.

My wife.

I love her dearly, but she drinks WAY to much. In fact she is in ICU with Chronic Liver Disease and will most likely be dead by the end of the year because of it.

My mother. I love her, but she just needs to get over the bad and find some good in life.
