I hear that Fender made an amp which goes to 12!!
its called the Fender Champ produced from 1949 to 1964
Marshall took up the challenge and introduced the JCM900 amplifier in 1990 which goes all the way to 20!!!
But as you were asking... Marshall makes faceplates for all their amps which go from 0-11

LOL, i guess you could call your local music store and ask them. If they don't have look on ebay or you might even be able to get one custom made direct from manufactor if you ask.

the "band" spinal-tap has them... they are the only ones... maybe you con convince one of the "band" members to sell you one?
