Fetta and Brie (i could eat it till it made me sick, which wouldn't be hard coz im not suppose to eat cheese due to allergies which sucks!! lol)

Of all the cheeses I have tried... (a lot but a relatively low percentage of all the cheese types)... I would say my faves are provolone, mozzarella and Havarti... but I love all kinds and will continue to try as many as I can... I love cheese!

French cheeses are amazing! I'd have to say I really like Brie cheese and Borsin cheese....But I can't decide between the two!! Going by my mood right now, I would pick Brie. But who knows what I'll feel like in a couple hours!

squeaky945 and Jack O: What "Swiss" cheese are you referring to??? Emmenthaler? Gruyere? Berner Alpkaese? Appenzeller? Tete de Moine? Tilsiter? Buendner Bergkaese? Formaggini? Vacherin Fribourgeois? Etc......
It really irritates me when Americans refer to any old cheese with holes in it as "Swiss Cheese". There is no such brand!

I can't remember the name but it's from England...it's a layered cheese with blue cheese in the middle.

I have so many, but my favorite is Cream cheese. Next would be Mozzarella then Cheddar.
