I don't understand why people post threads online if they don't want people to read them. I'm not stalking this person in any way but its making me look like a complete freak because she keeps on slandering me!

to win a slander/deformation case you must prove that the comments have "harmed" you in some manner. Typically this means loss of income, loss of employment, lost of credibility, etc. You would have to show how these negative comments are making look like a freak and then how this is impacting you in a negative manner. Just having your feeling hurt is not "proof" of slander.

I think it is a risk that comes with participating in these new media. Since you have voluntarily signed up to participate in sites where just about anything goes, I would think a lawyer could easily argue that you have made yourself a "public" person.
I assume you are referring to something she has written. That makes the offense "libel" not slander which is a verbal slur.
Why are you continuing to read her threads? Are they really all that interesting?
Why don't you find someone else's threads to read?

just ignore the self absorbed psychohosebeast eventually she will slander someone else. Some of these wack jobs use threads like fishing line.

Keep in mind the ideals of free speech. The idea is to protect unpopular speech, because popular speech does not need protection.
I also believe there is a way to block your Q&A's so they can only come across your posts, and not search for them.

Just block her. She won't be able to read what you're answering then, and when she asks a question a bright red retard sign will mark everyone of them, so you'll know it's not worth reading.

She's crazy, wants attention. Ignore and she won't get a rise from you. She'll have to go out into cyberspace and look for someone else to harass.
