My wish is that each and everyone come to healing like I did last night. Realized I was in a torturous pattern so very core to my experience I was confused to realize that it wasn't in-fact the essence of my being. I saw myself in a deep dark torture chamber, I'd been there for so very long, life time after life, strapped down, every defilement humanly conceivable occurring, I cry out endlessly in pain, begging for mercy, angry at the injustice, frantically I search for who is doing this, every face I see I cling to in anger, how dare they abuse me like this for so long, it's their fault I'm such a victim. Suddenly I see why I couldn't figure it out who would do this to me, my torturer was ME. i cried heartily in remorse of what I had done to myself for so long and ask for forgiveness. then celebrated the rest of the night in my long awaited freedom and Joy. YOu have to let yourself have it what ever it is for you, every true healing comes from this essence of self responsibility, Stand Up and See how YOU created every circumstance in your life. We are each all we have to save and each all the world, by healing self and being whole, we allow everyone else to be/do this. Celebrating and Forgiving Ericka

the one wish i would wish is no more poverty anywhere. I'm tired of seeing starving children and adults. homeless people who dont have a home to go to .and I'm tired of global warming
