Why does itunes not have any songs from the Beatles?

The group that holds the Beetles music is called Apple, which is NOT the same Apple which owns Itunes. They have been having a fight for sometime. Two companys can't have the same name in the same area doing the same thing. In this instance, there would be two companys called Apple selling Beetle songs.
