Think ahead ... let's assume you are successful cleaning off the mess, what are the odds little brother will do something like this again? You need to have coverings for the computer to protect it when you not using it.
Get a wash cloth with hot water. Be careful not to let any moisture get inside.
Vist your local computer retail store and ask for guidance. There's stuff they sell that is good for cleaning places, like cans of compressed air to remove dust where you not want cleaning fluids.

WD-40 then use alchol to clean it.
WD takes the glue off but leaves a residue and the alchol takes the residue off.
WD-40 is an Awsom cleaner it takes any stickie stuff off and is easy to clean...
