I too hate the name "tramp stamp" and maybe I'm too old, but dont quite get why it's called that. Not everyone who wants one there is a tramp, I'm certainly not.

I don't classify my tattoo with my hubby and daughters name a tramp stamp....
I did it because I wanted it there...not because he did....

No, I would not because I don't like tattoos nor would I get a guy's name on me. Secondly, I would not get anything on my body that is referred to as a "tramp stamp" because I' am not a tramp nor anybody's property. You should get a tattoo because you want too.

I would never put anyone's name on my body except my kids, and since I have none there are no names on me. But I do have a tramp stamp but its not a name.

well... ummm i have a lower back tat and i dont call it a tramp stamp because well im not a tramp..lol.. we both thought it was a good idea, mine is not his name and i would not get property of ________ on me anywhere because I am not anyones property, I am his wife.... gettin a tat with his name on it, yeah i would do that, nothing wrong with that.

i WANT one...and my boyfriend wont let me...so this question is definitly not for me...and i dont consider it a TRAMP stamp if youre not a tramp, which im not =)

No Way! Unless you want to doom your relationship. People who get those types of tattos always end up breaking up...look at Angelina she had that "Billy Bob" tat on her arm and had to get it removed, which is first of all very expensive, and painful. I just wouldn't go there girl!

Nope, sorry. My fiance and I both have that agreement, actually. We'll never tattoo each other's names on our bodies. We don't see the point when we're already linked physically and spiritually anyway.
