NFL does not. Arena and the CFL does. They just take your money so don't waste your time unless you have skills and played at a major program. You never know though. I tried out for Arena 2 back in the day and made the team but they paid real bad and I could not live on the wages.

yes they do they already had them, you need to contact a proteam in order to find out when do they have them.
