I've tried mealworms, bloodworms, cat food, lettuce, strawberries, etc...but he won't eat.

oooh he sounds pretty bad, I have a box turtle too and I get freaked out when it shuts its eyes but it always wakes up. All I have to say is that you probably do need to talk to a vet about it. Is it moving, like walking around any? yes most definitely a problem take it to a vet or a pet store they will probably just tell you to go to a vet..... but usually some one there can answer allot of questions but yeah a baby with no week of food or water not opening eyes if not dead now soon will be

I would recommend you release him where you found him. If it's been over a week without food, he's starting to get hungry. You don't want him to starve himself to death because of captivity stress. Plus, if there is something wrong with him, it's likely not anything that you'd be able to fix.

You need to research its basic needs.
Healthy reptiles love to eat, so you're obviously keeping it wrong.
Start by looking at temperature and moisture.
You might also try earthworms. Any turtle that would pass up earthworms definitely has problems!

Call a vet and then call a priest. Your turtle is dying. if the vet can't help call the pet shop.

are you sure he's alive ??? box turtles EAT anything and they do open their eyes...so I'd make sure he's alive before I take him to the vet...
