lol if you expect 15 minutes a day to make a huge impact, that isnt going to happen..... it would probably take around an hour a day and work on starting out slow pitching accurately, slowly build yourself up to your current speed while maintaining your accuracy..... its just alot of repetition...

Anyone answering this question would have to see you pitch to offer a suggestion as to what you should do. I am going to guess that when you throw hard it is fast enough to get batters out because of the velocity and not the movement on the ball. You don't have to throw hard if you can develop pitches that have some movement on them. Try to find a coach that can show you how to grip the ball to throw a rise and a sinker at different speeds, that might help to solve your problem.

i may be a baseball player but heres what u do practice longer then 15min maybe 40. throw hard for the entire 40. dont aim just throw. or u can use a variety of pitches at the slower speed like curve and im not sure what else u can throw with a softball maybe moving FB

I would just keep pitching fast if you want immediate results. Most hitters you'll be facing probably won't be very good, and they'll probably just swing and miss because the pitch is too fast to follow. Make sure you work on your location for the long term though.

Try practicing a little longer and do not slow your pitches down unless you're straining to get velocity on your pitches. Otherwise let it fly but maybe tweak your delivery to improve your accuracy.
