y=a sin (bx+c) + d

c is the shift, and because its +, it is shifted to the left (- is shifted to the right)

y = sin [ x + π / 2 ]
Phase shift is π / 2
When x = 0 , y = sin(π/2) = 1
When x = π/2 , y = sin π = 0
