Yes you can receive child support even if your still married. If you both no longer reside under the same roof, you do qualify for child support. Just to give you more info if you have been separated for more then a month you can go after the other party for back child support. It dosent necessarily mean a month, it could be up to a year that you can get back child support. Which ever time the separation occurred and no support for the child was given since then.
