Until the board of character and fitness decides that the disbarred ex-atty is fit to practice law again. Then the atty would need to retake the bar exam, And although it is true that atty could become an atty in another state, being disbarred in one state makes it difficult to get thru character and fitness in every other state.

hopefully a long time but there is no way to answer the question the bar sets a time when they can come back when they disbar them.

depends on if they were disbarred for life or not. most times if they are disbarred they did something highly unethical.
