Well it would be a great combo because the big B can't produce any offense, so Kobe would'nt take away any offense production. Same as defense, but you need an unlimited amount of that
As for seeing this actually happen, nope. Sure this is a good combo, but there is still 13 guys left on the roster that have to contribute. Really the trade isn't helping the offense in any way because even if Kobe averages 50ppg, there is on average 80-100 ppg in the NBA. It would also limit Chicago to having 1 talented offensive player whereas Deng and Gordon can combine for the same and get more points than their season numbers suggests. They also provide the defense by grabbing a decent amount of boards combined
If u are a bulls fan forget this ever happening. This will only stall the growth of your team because both deng and gordon have just finished only 3-4 years of basketball. If you are a Kobe fan, you'll have to wait for the home games vs the lakers
P.S: I am not a lakers fan, am a raptors fan

are u kidding me? if the lakers traded kobe for luol deng that would be, by far, the worst trade ever made in the NBA's history. throw in a #1 draft pick and maybe kirk hinrich, that might be possible. the bottom line is that my lakers cant give up the obvious best player in basketball for someone who had one good year. the lakers only need to look across town at the dodgers who gave 47 million to jason schmidt cuz he had one good year. now his record on the year is something like 2-8...pathetic. kobe is our past, present and future. if we give him up, we deserve to lose.

Oh, yeah, it would be great!
And you are a bulls fan, right?
Kobe is the BEST offensive player in the game today, period.
And teaming him up with big ben would be great (although I wouldn't like this trade considering I'm a long time Lakers fan), Big ben would be a threat down low, and of course with Kobe's scoring.
But I don't think they would team up.

Kobe Bryant and Rasheed Wallace - will be the best Cry Baby/Technical Fouling duo in the NBA.

I couldn't agree more. Offer Gordon and Duhon, that might be more attractive. Either way, you're right. Wallace and Bryant...with Heinrich on the wing? The Bulls own the East.

I dont think he should go there. Plus Marcus Camby is the best defensive player in the NBA.
