It is discharge, the question is where did it come from.
have you mentruated yet? Thicker discharge is usually a sign of hormonal changes ie: getting your period soon, or ovulating.
The discharge can also mean 'yeast infection' look up yeast infections on the internet and see if you have other symptoms as well.
Yeast infections are also hormonally connected though, so don't rule out the period thing. Drinking more water throughout the day has helped me in the past stave off yeasty discharge that wasn't quite a full blown infection yet.

You could be starting your period. This happens from time to time when you have hormonal changes. You could also be getting yeast infection. Speak with you mother or other adult female and ask to be taken to the gynecologist. It may be time to have a visit. For now wear a panty liner ( thin maxi pad) to keep from ruining your underwear and change it every 2 to 4 hours depending on the amount of discharge you have.

I actually started getting this thick white stuff in my underwear about a year before I started getting my period. It's normal and thankfully, it's also machine washable :)
If you feel like you don't want it in the bottom of your underwear, just buy some of panty liners. They are relatively inexpensive and keep your undies clean but won't hold any serious flow. Good luck!

Could be yeast, which will start itching and burning. And you'll need Meds, either over the counter or from a Doc.
And have you started your period yet? There is a white discharge before you start your period also.

i'm not sure. It's either some kind of discharge or mucous,or something. But wear a pantyliner. It should help.
