timex digital timer question?

I programed it, and double checked it, but the timer doesnt work! the clock works on it just fine and I can override it to turn on, but otherwise I just cant get it to work! I think I already threw away the box so I cant take it back. anyone know how to make it work?

You just need to reset it. One of the easiest ways to do that is to cut all power from it.
