Vizard and Arrancar in Bleach question?

Question

Are Vizard's kinda like hill-billies, and Arrancar are more like "royalty"? And who is stronger: Vizard or Arrancar? And is it Vaizard and Vizard or Wizard?

Vizard are Shinigami who have gained Hollow powers and Arrancar are Hollow who have gained Shinigami powers. Their strengths appear to depend on how strong they were in their original forms. Since both are capable of constantly geting better, since they have lost their limits, they are definitely better than normal shinigami or hollow. Vizards aren't quite hillbillies, the thing is that Soul Society doesn't approve of the method Vizard use to gain more power, so they end up being rogue shinigami. The Arrancar, on the other hand, are basically being manufactured by Aizen and given more respect and power. I don't think either are stronger, since the strength they had originally seems to affect how strong they are as Vizard or Arrancar. So a really strong Vizard could be matched with a really strong Arrancar. It depends on the individual.

So far i would say Arrancar are the strongest but only Espada.

Don't think so. At the moment, we don't know the true power of the Vizards. We just know the ranking and the kind of people Arrankar has on their ranks.

is is totally a anime (english dub, not Cartoon Network) answer. i think it would have to be vizards. they were originally shinigami's, if you look at ichigo, he was already a captain level shinigami, with bankai. then add hollow powers, and thats crazy. arrancar, to my knowledge dont know any kidou, and dont have any release, except their normal selves. again this answer has nothing to do with the manga

I would have to go with Visored, they are battle tested Captains and Lieutenants.
