if you question yourself when your driving...
if you havent been properly taught...
if you break any laws, therefore putting yourself in danger of hurting yourself or someone else (or your car)...
if you occasionally/frequently run into moments where you become confused, putting yourself in danger of potential accidents.... i.e. hesitating while going through an intersection for another car incoming your lane when you have the 'right of way' (i almost got killed last night because sum moron did this exact thing to me while i was going through and intersection and entering a lane... when the douchebag stopped i had to wave the moron because he had the right of way and didnt have to stop in the first place... nevermind he was in the way... after i waved him i looked out my drivers side window and saw the headlight of a F-350 about 3-5" from my car staring at me... luckily the person stopped in time and i was able to accelerate quick enough that the F-350 just BARELY, and i mean BARELY, snuck past my rear quarterpanel and me and my car left the intersection alive..... but if you are the dumbass who doesnt know what to do at times or feels lost even sometimes.. then yes, you are a bad driver.. or atleast a driver that could use some more tricks, tips, and advice to store away in their brains for later use to prevent such incidents as this... and you need to learn more before you seriously ruin someone elses life and future. i'm only 18, im too young to die and i've already been in 3 accidents and 2 of them were due to some one else being a bad driver.. one of them could have easily killed me.. [ i was hit by a truck while riding my bike.. ]. [one of them was minor and not a big deal, but yes technically my fault] point: put yourself in everyone else whose on the road, minding their own business, trying to do good for themselves shoes... and be mature about driving and don't drive if you are or can be potentially classified as a "bad driver")
if you care more about being cool or banging the girl in the passanger seat more then you care about driving respectively and being mature while driving something that can kill more then just yourself...

Not signaling, failing to stop, failing to give right of way, cutting people off, not paying attention, tailgaiting, chatting on their cell phone distractedly, speeding in and out of traffic, driving the breakdown lane to pass out a line of cars... the list goes on. Basically anyone who drives on the offence rather than on the defense.

Inattentiveness and carelessness. For example:
Not paying attention to what's going on around them
Not paying attention to the condition of their car
Not paying attention to (or just having no awareness of) what their car is telling them about the condition of the road, and how much traction they have left
Not paying attention to street signs and signals
Not loading their vehicle properly
Paying more attention to their phone conversation or their big mac than to the road.
Paying attention and knowing how to interpret what you feel from the car are what make you a good driver.

Poor training, bad role models, bad eye sight, distractions and many believe they have a right to own the road.

Lack of consideration for others on the road. Some people do not realize they are driving a potential death machine.

From what I see....
Speeding to a red light, or the bumper of another car
Driving with a cell phone glued to their ear
Cutting in and out of traffic with no blinker while speeding
Tailgating
Running red lights and stop signs
I see all this everyday.....
