You can get it at Macys, J.C Penny, Nordstroms, etc.
Sometimes you can find Tommygirl at drugstores (CVS, Savon, Walgreens, Longs) and it will be under $20. Department stores will run you around $30-$45.
Its very airy, youthful smelling. Its good for spring and summer. It is NOT musky at all and not nearly as heavy as "formal" perfume. I love it!

Sunflowers is nice. It's about $20 and can be found at just about any pharmacy.
Estee Lauder Pleasures is a beautiful rich floral which costs around $27-$50 depending on the size you get. You can purchase it at Kohl's, Macy's, Sears, or any other department store.
Avon has a nice new frangrance out called Island Vibe that's really light, flirty, and beachy smelling. It's under $20 and has a ton of coordinating products to go with it. It's on their website.
Curious by Britney Spears is also great. It's a light, flowery scent that can go from day to night. It's my favorite even though I hate Britney lol. You can get it at Walmart cheapest. It's $9-$30 depending on what size. Go for the $30 of you decide you like it as the same bottle goes for close to $60 anywere else.

My next best all time favorite -Escada Island Kiss, but it was out two years ago.
Escada comes out each summer with a summer-light, signature original. Island Kiss is from a few years ago. It smells like sugar.
Next came Pacific Paradise. It smells like sugar with citrus.
Now, this year -I do not know. You should check it out.
Whatever it is, it will be lovely.
All of these fragrances will make you feel -pretty!

I would suggest AQUOLINA's Pink Sugar. It's light but sweet and never gives the impression that you're trying to over do it. If you would like to check it out, go to Sephora and when you find it, spritz some of the tester of you. If you like it ask one of the clerks if they have any free samples. there are so many but i really like Love Spell or Endless Love from Victoria's Secret and i constantly get compliments on them!! you can buy the small bottles for under $10 and they do last because you dont need a lot. also Bath & Body Works body sprays are always nice, especially vanilla.

OMG Avons Be Kissable...it is so light my mom even loves it and she HATES hard smells=) and i dont even thinks its near $20
