She is in the 80th percentile for both height and weight. She has GERD (reflux disease) so has had cereal in every bottle since she was 2 months old...Maybe this is the reason for her weight?

Our 8 month old is 22 pounds...he looks a little chunky but our doctor says he is perfectly fine...exactly where he needs to be. But his girl cousin, 2 months older, is only 19 pounds...totally normal for females.

If you are really concerned, call your pediatrician or local WIC office.
