Yesterday I woke up to the bedroom outlets not working. The entire circut is two bed rooms that are side by side. The one room is working fine while the other has no power at all. I replaced the circut breaker for the bed room circut with no help. Next i replaced the 3 outlets in the room, still nothing. The last thing i did was test the outlets and they all seem to be getting power. Thank you for any help anyone can provide on this. I don't know where to check next.

If they are getting power you my have a neutral wire pulled out of a wire nut. This would still give you the illusion of having power, but the lamp that your most likely using to see if the outlets work; would not. I would check the neutral continuity to the ground.

You have an open neutral wire.

A neutral wire in most case may be for 2 circuits.

One never knows for sure just how the wires run in the walls & just where they are interconnected.

If both rooms are on the same circuit then hopefully the closest outlets between the 2 rooms would be where the problem could be.

If that isn't the case then a person should step back & try to think of how the wiring goes before opening a lot of things.

Did you use a tester that checks the power and the neutral and the ground? Could be a bad or broken neutral wire. You might have power, but not a complete circuit. If you get the plug in tester with the different colored lights, I believe 1 red and 2 yellow, it will tell you if ALL the wires are working, or only some. Then if it shows a bad neutral, you can check the neutral between the last one that is working, and the first one that is not working. The tester is only a few bucks, and a great thing to have around. Available at any home depot, etc.

First, turn off the power and check it with a meter to make sure it is off. Then, go to the adjacent room , where you know everything is okay and open up the receptacle that is exactly on the other side of the wall from the bedroom that don't work. This is where you have a loose neutral wire. check all the wiring in this box for loose connections and close everything back up. Check all circuits to make sure you haven't pulled anything loose during your repairs.

Have you checked the GFCI breaker in the bathroom?

You state that all outlets are getting power but not working? Do you mean that only the outlets in Room A are getting power?

you may have to pull out all the outlets to check as the other posters stated to see if any lose (joint) wires lose or burnt on the outlet check to see if the outlets are feed-tho as the wires snap into the back of the outlet or if the wires are under the screws on each side of the outlet

on the outlets check for power with your tester

check hot to netural if its hot its ok
if not its a open netural

than check hot to ground just to make sure

sounds like a open netural in one of the outlets but dont get zapped again

you may have a poor connection in your outlets. check your outlets jumper if its wall to wall back to back. if you are testing the line using pilot lamp, it doesn't tell you if current flowing your circuit is good or may be poor.

you can tell if its having a bad connection if your lamp is not that bright. try comparing other outlets.

you should re jumper your outlets as it may cause hazard to your home, loose connections results to a spark, thus, creating heat and sometimes, to the worse, eat your house by a fire. have it checked

good luck

if they are getting power then the testing device is faulty.
