Would it be a good Idea to teach TM10 Hidden power to an Alakazam and whats the best pokemon to teach it to?

Read the instructions: it says the power differs by user.
For example, my gastrodon knows hidden power and by trial and error, I found out its type is psychic.
Hidden power is just a wild card because you don't know what type it will be for your Alakazam or other pokemons.

There are various sites that will tell you how to calculate the type your Alakazam it will learn.

It would be best to teach to an abra since it has no attacking moves and it is on of the few it can learn, but not alakazam. the type for hidden power is the type most uneffected to the user
