It's part of a whole double disc project in support of the Amnesty International campaign for Darfur. Yoko signed over the rights to John's song catalog to raise money and awareness for the genocide in that region of Sudan.

It is a John Lennon song from the 70's, after the Beatles broke up and he was on his own with Yoko. Not a Beatles Song!!!!
