Peace does not go hand in hand with freedom!!! thats what life taught me!!
if you have freedom..... freedom of speech, freedom to kill...... total freedom, do u think there will be harmony??

these three are in direct contrast to each other!!!! they can exist but not together unless that greater power above makes it possible!!
ur question is an eye opener!!!

I think we are even out of the realm of possibility here, everyone is too dug in & prefer being right over having peace. There can & always be small pockets of peace & harmony, but it is not achieved by concentrating on groups, either small or global. It is achieved by first seeking it for yourself. As for freedom, most do not even know what real freedom is & you can not experience or give something you don't understand. As a global community, I am afraid the leap is just too great.

I am a great believer in peace, freedom and harmony and think it is possible. Everything starts with the individual and how much that individual picks up on influences. I am peaceful in myself and try to project peace to others. It is my opinion this is the only way. Every action has got a re-action. If I smile at someone, I get a smile back. It has never failed.

Despite all the problems that this world has. All these can be achieved. People can have peace, freedom, and harmony just that the government destroys it.

i think that one of the things that might fix everything.. or rather help everything to fall into place is if we all collectively, cooperated and collaorated towards a means of COMPASSION.. the thing is that the few that still do it is not enough and then when there are others that try things go wrong.. they are skeptical or fearful after all in the world that we live today it just isn't really safe for all of us to be good samaritans... if it were then we could acheive all of the above.. if we all had compassion we'd live in peace-- not harm or judge..and respect other cultures.. we'd all live in harmony with our neighbors.. and others.. and freedom of course when exist because we would obviously realize that we can't oppress our fellow man if we are equals-- treat others as we would like to be treated.. JUST SPREAD THE LOVE!!! =]

yes I do believe it is possible, now you did not ask how to achieve it. Through the freedom I have to answer, I say peace be with you, now you have a chance to harmonize that to another, and maybe it will spread, and maybe turn into a Coke commercial ..! been done, oh well. ( I had to lighten up, I've answered a few deep questions.) and i like this one!!

Due to the extraordinary amount of cultural and religious differences in today's global society, coupled with the countless forms of governments, dictatorships, regimes, etc., I think it would require some sort of cataclysmic event to get everybody on the same page at the same time.

That life in my opinion has come and gone. Not until we get GWB out of the presidential role, will we have a chance again. As long as he is in office, the war will continue, and there'll be no such thing as harmony!
