If its a fuel injected, u will have to upgrade ur mass airflow senser if u ever upgrade to a high airflow intake. Cause the stock mass airflow sensor will only detect what the max flow that a stock airbox can do, which believe it or not is pretty good. Those engineers know what they are doing. If something else got better gas mileage, don't u think they would have done it. Especially how competitive the market is.
Ur better off with street tires and a programmer. The programmer might give u 1-2mpg if its gas or 2-4 if its diesel. Good luck.

Forced air intake willl FORCE air in which means it raised your air intake ratio to fuel more, however it will sense it is taking in more air and take more fuel. If you can afford it get a OD transmission, it will help you alot in on the freeway. I have a 454 camaro and I get 20 mpg freeway. Look into a OD transmission. Also a new exhaust system will help SLIGHTLY with your economy. Keep in mind MUFFLERS DO NOT increase your economy, you have to get a whole new exhaust system.

No, it will not, if you put on a Cold Air Intake you will let more air in the engine, the engine will create a little more power... but remember it takes gas to make horsepower... so the more gas the more power....

How much fuel can you buy for three hundred dollars? Even at three bucks a gallon you will never make up the cost of the cold air system unless you doubled your fuel mileage -- which you won't. If fact, it will make NO difference at all.

Aftermarket Air Intakes will never increase your mpg! You will increase your hp. You will hurt your mpg if you install it!
Good luck

no, don't waste your money, not enough improvement to warrant the price, if you want you could replace your stock air filter with a K@N air filter that will fit in the stock location for around $50.
