I have had similar feelings in my stomach as well, it's mainly on the skin, it's not a deep pain. It's not when I touch it with my hand though. I figure it's my skin stretching (or atleast thats what I can relate the feeling to). I don't have any stretch marks though so it can't be stretching too far (knock on wood). But anyway, yes I have had similar feelings, I wouldn't think much of it unless it gets worse. Let your doctor know about it at your next appointment! Anything that you feel throughout the month that seems a little strange, but not an emergency to call the doc, I would suggest writing it down and making a list of things to bring up at your next appt.! Good Luck! & Congrats!

What is probably happening is that your baby is responding to your touch and "moving" away from it by stretching. When your baby stretches it WILL feel like your tummy is being pulled and you'll get that "pins and needles" feeling! At least I did.
