i am so confused i know that the first InuYasha movie is Affections Touching Across Time and the second one is the castle beyond the looking glass and the third one is swords of an honorable ruler and the fourth one is Fire on the Mystic Island so where does origin of the sacred jewel come in????

when i said where does the origin of the sacred jewel comes in i meant the movie on Walmart.com called InuYasha: Origin Of The Sacred Jewel its 75 mins so it has to be a movie

They actually talk more about the origin in the series than in any of the movies. And actually, a ton of what happens in the first movie (Affections Touching...) is also revealed in the series, but it is fragmented in the series. If you want to know more about the origin, read the next paragraph.

The origins are brought-up shortly after they meet Sango. Apparently, the jewel was created near the Demon Slayer village. A long time ago a VERY powerful priestess (long before and it is implied, more powerful than, Kikyo) named Midoriko was fighting many, many demons. She embodied four "souls": courage, friendship, wisdom and love, and these forces seem connected to her power. She was able to purify most of their souls easily, making them harmless. But she was overwhelmed by several powerful demons (it sounds as if they merged together, like Naraku does). While trying to purify this soul, the jewel burst out of her. It was suggested that both this powerful demon's soul and her own soul and trapped inside, which is why the jewel can be used for good or evil. Evil helps the demon inside the jewel, it becomes tainted. Good helps Midoriko, it becomes purified. They actually enter a sealed cave where Midoriko, with a hole where the jewel left her body and demons are petrified.

The demon slayers are the ones who gave this jewel to Kikyo and it was also implied that Kirara was Midoriko's companion. Also, those four principles: courage, wisdom, love and friendship are also in philosophy, but I do not know more details there.
