Them Bones, by Alice in Chains
Mouth for War, by Pantera
both have one guitar, plus a solo layed down over a bass (in the live versions anyways)
Let's not leave the Keyboards out!! Highway Star by Deep Purple, and the Doors' Break on Through, will keep the house a-rockin!!!

Numb By Linkin Park is good.
They use a keyboard throughout the song, guitar rifts, and drums throughout the song

Give the keyboardist a bass guitar, then you have a rock band, no more of this keyboard sh*t please. Although, with two years of experience on the guitar, you could easily play anything Nirvana.

You can never go wrong with Led Zepplin or ACDC.
I say either Back in Black by ACDC or anything by Led Zepplin-Black Dog to get things rocking!

Ozzy Osbourne--I don't wanna Stop.. The one guitar riff at 3 minutes and a half is so freakin' sick!
