It is 95% cotton and it is an xsmall so I cannot return it. How do I shrink it? wash with hot or cold water? Heat? HELP please.

go to ur taylor they can adjust it to fit u

After washing, let the dryer tumble it for 10 mins or so. The cotton should shrink.

It probably won't shrink too much, but wash it in hot water and dry it in the dryer.
