scrumptious low-fat recipe that I get asked to cook again and again! Australia is where this recipe hails from but the only difference is you call a skillet what we call a frypan
Chicken
INGREDIENTS
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pounded thin
6 oranges, juiced
3 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion
ground black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Hit the chicken fillets with a tenderizing mallet until they are slightly thinned out.
Put the orange juice, green onions and black pepper into a skillet over medium heat. Don't cook over high heat, or the juice will burn and go bitter.
Poach the chicken in the juice mixture until it is firm and the juices run clear. This usually takes about 10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the filets. Place the chicken on a serving plate and pour some of the juice mixture on top. Serve.

Beef straganoff :D
Do u want the recipe?
EDIT:
OK :D lol...
Get the delicious part of cow or sheep... the tender part that u'd buy for Kebab... we call it raste... don't know what its called in English... lol...
Slice it like French fries :D
Finely chop some yellow or white onion... the amount should be half ur meat...
fry ur onion until golden brown... then put the heat on medium and add the meat... add salt and pepper and let it cook for 5 minutes... then take it out...
Now... in the same pot... add a bit of oil... then some (the amount should be the same as ur meat) thinly sliced white mushrooms... let it cook... and don't let the water evaporate...
After a few minutes that ur mushrooms are done... add ur meat back to the pot... add water... and let it simmer for about 20 minutes... if you'd like... you could add just a tiny amount of lemon... us Persians love adding lemon to everything :D
Let the water evaporate until u feel like it is the right taste for a sauce... then finally... when its done... right at the very end... u'd add cream... I like it extra creamy... so I add the whole box... but however u like it... :)
We eat it with normal white basmati rice :)
Bon Appetit

Not my favorite but creamed chicken on toast is easy and very good. Heat small can of chicken pieces, and add to white sauce (two tbsp flour in two tbsp butter and add milk stirring a lot to make the sauce), add one can of peas (incorporate liquid to make white sauce if you like) and a jar of pimentos. Server on toast, or whatever. Delicious.
