Its not just black people who live in a ghetto.
Ghetto, hood, projects are all just words for a poor neighborhood.

Nope, we use it to mean something that is done in the best way that we can do it. We use the term "ghetto" editing or "ghetto" broadcasting.....it looks great and people love it....we just don't have the money to do it the high tech way. It means "homemade" in the streets.....to us.

no. Ghetto doesn't always mean black. It's more common among Hispanics and Cambodians

no, ghetto is a neighborhood designed for the lowerclass workers who cant afford to live large. its is commonly used for buildings that house a large quanity of people, much like the one use to hold jews during the holocust.
