She has not stolen anything in the past 3 years, but she kept staring at the necklace, as I got compliments on it, and of late she has been wearing very similar clothes like mine. The day I missed the necklace, she was a little nervous and took the evening off. I have been talking about it, but she has no telltale expression. She is also untruthful many times. What do U think? I hate suspecting her.

It will show back up when she finds it behind your dresser or chest of drawers. She's full of nerves because she thinks you're going to fire her for stealing and it's made her ill with worry. She knows that because she lied before, you don't believe her now. Just wait and be paitent.

I have been a cleaning lady for many years, and I bet if you checked the vacuum cleaner bag, you might find it. You would be incredibly surprised how many things fall on the floor and get sucked up accidentally. Please don't blame the cleaning woman until you're 100% sure she took it.
