Thunderstorms and heavy rain all dang day in Houston!

We didn't cook out today. Friday we did; chicken and corn and potatoes, oh my!
...but it did rain today. Of course it's been raining off and on for 2 days here so, cookouts are not really practical at this time.

No way!!! OMG let me tell u bout the food!
steak shrimp & pepper & onion kabobs, mushrooms wrapped in bacon dipped in bbq sauce-grilled, 3 types of cole slaw, stuffed (deviled) eggs, BBQ chicken legs, RIBS banana pudding, baked beans, chocolate pies that my great grandmother made and tons of sweet tea & lemonade!

Yes, my husband had to go to work so I would say that it rained on my plans.

Yep...had a downpour for an hour then it cleared up and was nice again!
