I'm not black, nor supremacist. Just a logic question. Cheers and Thanks.

I was actually quite supprised, when working at a hospital, just how many people do refuse treatment from a doctor of a different race. However, there are more people who are just recially abusive, and so are refused treatment.

However, this is only a minority of people (of all races, not just white people against black people), and the majority of people don't care who they are treated by.

However, i doubt they would rather die, they would probably just ask to be treated by a different doctor.

Given the circumstances, which could be infinite, it would be interesting to see the results of such an incident. It most certainly has happened throughout history, with not only race differences, but religious as well. It would certainly be a true test of conviction/belief on the racist's part. The true racist would be obligated, by reason of their philosophy, not to accept treatment, therefore they would die. Other racists, whether or not they consider themselves "supreme", which is a vague term to use for any human species, could only follow the same example as their conscience dictates. Your question presents the realistically possible eradication of racist philosophies and beliefs in the future, given the consideration of such a practice.Medical science truly has many aspects of being both good and bad, given the power. Reason should play a role in such an incident, but that would remain an open question.....

If the person was a bad racial supremacist, would you care if the black medical doctor did an "oops"?

Not all racists and supremists are White you know!
If anyone refused treatment because of the Colour of the Doctors skin then I say let them die! Even though I shouldn't as I'm a careworker myself! It would be one less 'idiot' on the Planet!

I have encountered this very situation at work and it is just plain stupid. Enough of the racial crap and just get on with more important issues people. People are people, every race has its breed of ignorance. There are great people in every sector of life. If the best man or woman is different so be it as long as they know their stuff.

I know people who have refused hospital treatment and gone home because the doctor was the wrong colour. But they didn't die.
