Is Adam Morrison already a bust?

I really like him but, I don't think that he can live up to his pre-draft hype from last year.

No way is he a bust. Right now 169 players in the NBA are paid more than him. He has another couple of years to perform to the level that people would hope to get from him. He averaged almost 12 pts a game at only 37%. If he can get his shot going he's looking at being a 16-20 pt player a match and thats fine. In 2 years if he hasn't improved he's a bust but right now he's just a young guy who struggled to make an impression in a young side that struggled to make a dent last year.

u cant leave this player out yet so fast. Look at KG, TMAC etc their stat is way worse than Morrison in the first couple years. They do need time to develop. Morrison will become a real good pure shooter, but nothing else thou.

I think Morrison has always been a bit overrated. For his height, his rebounding is subpar, his shooting percentage was abismal this, his free throw percentage was barely 75% and he turns the ball over a lot. I'd like to see him turn it around and I'd especially would like to see him start rebounding the ball.

I think those that were already comparing him to Bird were a hasty... but we'll see. I would give him a couple more seasons to develop.

he was a bust before the draft. so not sure why you
ask the question. just like Oden is the real thing and
Durant is going to be a bust, so you don't have to wait
till they play to know they are no good.
