The trick to fooling people when you have a good hand is to always act the same, or mix up your emotions. Smile when you have a bad hand, frown when you have a good hand, smile when you have a good hand ect. If your emotions dont match your cards all the time people can not read you. If you go from being chatty and in the game the whole night to uninterested and quiet your fellow players will read that as you have a good hand and you are trying to hide it from them.
Also whne you play look at the cards, memorize em then leave em on the table face down. This will help you in controlling your facial reactions as the cards are not in your face reminding you of how much better or worse your hand is than other players.

i manage to keep the same demeanor. i have a tendancy (which i'm fighting) of leaning back in my chair when i got a big one, but no one seems to have caught on to yet.
