be thankful, under those conditions, running is better than walking? -- (Hi, I reached my question limit early, and then had company. but it seems like everyone has/is having fun). Which was the purpose of this raid. -- )

Any change in diet in any breed can cause stomach upsets/the runs.
Make any change slowly - or - just give a small amount...

I believe that pomeranians, like all small doggies, begin to "look" and "smell" like what they eat.... so you might want to re-think that.

They could. Dogs should not be fed 'people food', things that don't bother us can kill them (chocolate for example).
