x^2-49y^2= (x+7y)(x-7y)
8x^2-56y=8(x-7y)
x^2+7xy=x(x+7y)

so
((x^2-49y^2) / (8x^2-56y)) / (x^2+7xy)=

(x+7y)(x-7y) 1
------------------------ =
8(x-7y) x(x+7y)

So cancel out the (x+7y) and (x-7y) from top and bottom
So you are left with

1/8x

x^2-49y^2/8x^2-56y divided by x^2+7xy
= [(x-7y)(x+7y)]/[8(x^2-7y)(x)(x+7y)]
= (x-7y)/[8x(x^2-7y)]

(X-7Y)(X+7Y)/8(X^2-7Y)TIMES
1/X(X+7Y)
=X-7Y/8X(X^2-7Y)
