A dog can learn a new trick at any stage of their live from puppy to adult to elder. The older a dog is, the more difficult the training will be

I have a 12 year old boxer that is trained to do math...reads sign language and knows square roots to 144 she also knows how many letters int he words of the colors and states and 180 names and words...She learns 2 to 4 new things every week...So by experience a dog is capible of leaning there entire life...

I believe that the canine is adaptable to its' environment as an animal. Tricks are humans' stuff and it is actually ridiculous for the animal to know how to behave like a human but the human does not know how to behave like an animal. Example the animal is truely faithful. Can we be like that ?
