My Father left when I was 2 years old and i didn't see him again until I was 16. There isn't any bond between us and I know some of my friends Fathers better than I know him. I do care for him but its hard to find any love there.

Even though he's been dead for 47 years, yes I love my father. Took me a long time to get to that point.

I tried very much to love him when he was alive. But he used to tell me how worthless I was to him because I was a girl. He would not have anything to do with me unless he was yelling or hitting me. So I gave up on him and its a pity he missed out on having 2 great daughters! I have moved on from the experience but I will have to say no.

I loved my father until the day he died. He had Alzheimer's and many other ailments and right before he died, he was as lucid as ever and told me his wife was here to get him, then he passed away with a smile on his face! I'll NEVER forget it!

My Father is my best friend, my confidante, supporter and advisor. He never does the work for me but encourages me to give it my all. He stands beside me to help me weather the storm, and he always believes in me. I feel I am a fortunate son.
