Always give year, make, engine size and model # when asking questions. We need all of that info to give an informed answer.
The mileage of the bike would've been helpful.
Look in the air box. If the oil was ever over filled, the crankcase pressure would blow the excess oil into the air box.
Most likely needs pistons & rings. Do a compression test.
When bikes hit the 10 year old mark, they're getting ready for valve guide seals (that's just an estimate. That's why the mileage would've been helpful).

also check what your putting in the oil.....try to put some quick start fluid on the plug and burn it with a lighter.....keep doing that repetatively until the bike starts...it might take a while

the air - fuel mixture, could be a problem with the carbs or the air filter / intake, prob not major but i would let the dealer fix it.
