1. New England- they had a soild offseason in which they signed a great defensive player in adaulias thomas, they got a speedy receiver in stallworth, and they got exprienced receiver randy moss. they also had a good draft. Plus they still have mr. poised aka tom brady, who knows how to win and how to win big.
2. Indianapolis- As long as Peyton Manning is still under center they'll always make it, and always make a good seed. they still got a good receiver core, the best pass rusher in the game, and a very fast defense.
3. Baltimore- they're a year removed from a great defensive year, and I think they'll repeat that. all thats missing from their great defensive unit from last season is adaulias thomas who is a being replaced by a good player. They run a good defensive scheme that confuses opposing offense and they have good players who execute well. They had a good draft and they signed Willis Mcgahee to help their ground game. The D and ground game will help them get this spot.

1. New England Patriots- 15-1. They will be the team to beat in the NFL this year and are your Super Bowl favorites.
2. Indianapolis Colts- 13-3. Im thinking the Super Bowl Champs will meet up with the Pats in the AFC Championship in the game of the decade. It will be even better than last years AFC Championship game.
3. Cincinatti Bengals- with an improving defense and that deadly offense, I think the Bengals exceed expectations and go 12-4. If they can stay out of trouble, watch out.
But, the great thing about NFL Football is that come playoff time, its nearly impossible to predict a winner, because normally the favorite loses and a team that nobody picked wins it all. Im hoping for a Bears/ Chiefs Super Bowl this year.

1.] Denver- with the addition of Travis Henry and the additions on defense will make the Broncos a tough team in the AFC WEST.
* Chargers will feel the effect of a new coach.
2.] Bills- Alot of people are underestimating this team. The addressed their offensive line in the off-season. Drafted arguably the best all-purpose back in College in Marshawn Lynch. Granted they lost Spikes, Fletcher, and Clements. But they will be fine with Webster and Poz . They were without Spikes for a better part of 2 years.
* Patriots look good on paper, but so did the Redskins when they tried to buy the Superbowl. I just think ego's are gonna clash in fox borough
3.] Jacksonville - they are due. with Fred Taylor and Jones-drew running the ball and a healthy Leftwich they should be good enough to overthrow the Colts.
* Pittsburgh- new coach- new system
* Baltimore- Will feel the effects of the loss of Jamal Lewis. MaGahee won't be as good as they think. He's not a team player, he doesn't study the playbook...

in no order
The Patriots: They have made great offseason moves, and they made it to the AFC conferance game last year. I don't see them getting worse this year unless there team chemestry is out of line
The Chargers: They had a GREAT team last year, and they gained almost no good players. They key thing is, they also lost no good players. The chargers should be a dangerous team, and can compete very well against the pats
The Ravens: This is simple, defence wins championships, the ravens have the best D in the league in my opinion

neeeeeeeeeeee you TARDS.
1) the steelers had the best record Big Bens first season, his second they won the big one, and last season he was injured a lot. He is back and healthy and will be the same big ben as we seen his 1st two years. ANother thing is the still have the same team they had in 2006 with the exception if Porter, but now they have Timmins anyway. they have the best D, the best run game, and one of the best QBs and a great coaching staff.
2- Ravens
3- Colts or Pats

1.New England- Tom Brady now has his dream Recieving Group. He has tall recievers that can make the short catch and 3 of his recievers are solid Deep Threats. Look for NE to use the Shotgun more this Season along with Screens and Option Routes.
2. Indianapolis-Peyton Manning will always be a QB who throws over 4,000 yards and 35 TDs. He has Anthony Gonzalez now and may throw over 40 TDs. This Season Manning will be the Earl Campbell of the QBs.
3.Denver-Last Season Jay Cutler told Jake Plummer that the Broncos were his team. Cutler proved it too. He took over after Plummer got cold and Jay got hot quick. He now has Brandon Stokely as a primary Reciever. On Defense the Broncos are even scarier this season with Champ Bailey on your burner and Dre Bly on your Big reciever. I would look for wet spots on the opposing QBs pants when he steps on the field against Denver this season.

1. Chargers- offensive guru for head coach, great defense, and some guy named LaDainian Tomlinson.
2. Patriots- Still have Brady and Belichick, great new receiving corp., solid defense.
3. Ravens- Now have a good running game to help the pass, still have best defense in NFL, McNair and Billick will lead this team to greatness.
