Humans are the only animals that are intellectually capable of having a religion or belief system. Your dog's thought processes include affection, protection of territory/pack members, and physical needs. That's all dogs need for the survival of their species.

I know different people have their different religious beliefs, but i sincerely doubt that animals have them.
Sorry, but your dog is not Christian, and you can't convert him either. They most likely see the only "higher power" as you, or animals that are dominant to them.
